Smart Containers combines cutting-edge container technology and IoT sensors that are integrated into the logistics ecosystem. All in blockchain. Smart Containers Group is a provider of high-tech Swiss containers aimed at creating the first fully autonomous container based on blockchain technology, thereby helping the logistics industry. Blockchain-based software and IoT infrastructure are the core of the Smart Containers Group, a strong technology foundation, enabling it to track and monitor every container worldwide and make Group Smart Containers the largest provider of IoT containers on the market. The combination of hardware, software and services enables the Smart Containers Group to firmly position its company division, SkyCell, among the top four providers of pharmaceutical containers in the industry. Through the FoodGuardians division, the generation of reusable containers and boxes for transporting temperature sensitive food products will be offered regionally and globally, maintaining freshness and product traceability. Using blockchain as a transformative technology in logistics, Group Smart Containers is driven by opportunities to create LOGI CHAIN, a fully integrated and seamless logistics ecosystem that will be accessible to all industry players at minimal cost. SMARC Token
SMARC Token (SMARC) is a revenue share token: 20% of dividend and exit profit will be paid to the token holder. It came from the Smart Containers Group Board of Directors to propose how dividends will be distributed from year to year. The General Assembly of the Smart Containers Group approves or rejects the dividend plan. Payment equivalent of 20% of this amount will be converted to ether and sent to SMARC token smart contract. Smart contract SMARC tokens will evaluate current ownership and distribute profits to the token holder in ether. The maximum total supply is 150 billion tokens. 120 billion tokens (80%) will be offered in initial coin offer, while the rest will be used to cover ICO costs and align the interests of Smart Containers management. Hard cap for ICO is USD 36 billion. Price per token is set at USD 0.432.


Pre-Sales
Pre-sale token will be private and will be done by invitation only. Pre-sale starts in April and comes with a 25% discount. That number of tokens sold at a 25% discount is limited to 49.3 billion tokens (= 41%), an increase of USD 16 billion.

General Sales
Public token sales begin in May. 12.8 million Tokens sold during public sale, to earn USD 5 Million. The first level is sold at a 15% discount. The second rate is discounted at 10% and the third level comes with a 5% discount. Subscription from the bonus level is allocated to the following levels. The bonus level is currently visible on the website (www.smartcontainers.ch). The amount shown may change as it changes the exchange rate and is therefore indicative. The final bonus level and the token allocation are made after the transaction. Excessive subscriptions of all ICOs are returned to investors after the close of the sale.

The team behind Smart Containers Group

Richard Ettl, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder. Ever since he was a kid, Richard always wanted him to know exactly how things worked. It grew into a passion for technique and management. Having grown up in Vienna, Austria and studied at Stanford USA and University of Friborg, Switzerland, Richard began his career at Bobst Group, a global leader in producing packaging machines. In 2009, Richard decided to start his own business along with his university friend, Nico. After extensive scientific research and various proof of concept, they founded Smart Containers Group and SkyCell in 2012. Since then Richard leads the company's commercial success, seamlessly finding the right parts and investors at crucial points, as well as convincing more and more clients from the unfruitful benefits unmatched SkyCell can offer.


Nico Ros, Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder. Nico is the mastermind behind the Smart Containers Group and the technology. Growing up in Basel, Switzerland, he found his passion for mathematics very early on, which spurred him to study mathematics, physics and engineering. A natural talent, he won an architectural prize during his studies and quickly became a managing partner at ZPF an engineering company in Basel. Nico has built the most expensive building in Switzerland in collaboration with famous architects Herzog & DeMeuron. Key Nico's strengths are its cutting edge engineering expertise and efficient team management, leading complicated, multimillion franc projects for success. However, the technique is not enough for Nico. With his passion for business and management, he decided to complete additional studies at the University of Indonesia, Friborg, meeting Richard along the way. Everyone who met Nico quickly became aware of his sharp mind and his enthusiasm for discovering new technology. it is therefore not surprising, that he and Richard end up where they are today, together.


Andreas Ernst, Chief Financial Officer. Andreas is the company's financial logistics expert. He spent his entire career in various financial roles in the gistic service provider: from Swissair (today Swiss International Airlines), to Swissport (the largest land service provider for airlines) where he is regional CFO for Middle East and Africa. His last previous role to join the Smart Containers Group was the Unitpool CFO (now called Unilode), the largest independent air freight container container company in the world. He brings extensive field experience in economics. al leadership, corporate finance and M & A projects and know the outside industry within. We are sure that Andy has a vigilant eye on our scaling process and the potential it  generates.

Thomas Taroni, Head of IT Department Thomas is the mastermind of IT architecture. His first claim to fame was the creation of the largest media database, shared by all media houses in Switzerland: over two million articles are uploaded each year, then ask and share fluently and efficiently among some news agencies. He founded his own IT company to design an IT architecture that focused on process automation (Eliminating paper and endless emails), and as a result win other clients (big banks, pharmaceutical companiesand publicly tendered public contracts). SkyCell become his clients when they need a bespoke asset management system to track and track their containers around the world. He joined SkyCell four years ago and has since been the head of IT for all companies in the Intelligent Group. Thomas has a unique ability to imagine a pro business

Carla Bünger, CMO & Business Development Manager. Carla is a marketing and sales specialist. He provides great satisfaction in building strong brands and convincing clients to buy their products. He gained his experience by managing the various things of international consumer brands for companies such as Nestlé, Lindt, and Coty. He discovered the passion of blockchain technology about 18 months ago and has been an active participant in the Crypto Valley Swiss community ever since. The endless applications are likely to make it strive for more, and he draws energy and enthusiasm from the development of new business schemes based on technology.
